Digital Transformation of TS LAB
TS LAB d.o.o. has successfully obtained funding under the Call for Proposals Incentives for the Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025).
Operation Title: Digital Transformation for Smart, Traceable and Sustainable Production of Food Supplements
The purpose of the operation is the comprehensive digital transformation of TS LAB through the implementation of modern digital solutions for more efficient, traceable, and sustainable business operations.
The objectives of the operation include:
- Digitalization of all key processes through the implementation of an ERP system,
- Improvement of customer experience through a B2B portal, CRM system, and a redesigned website,
- Introduction of an advanced data strategy using machine learning and BI analytics,
- Optimization of production processes through the implementation of an MES system.
Special emphasis is also placed on strengthening cybersecurity and developing employees’ digital competencies, enabling the company to achieve greater productivity, flexibility, and a solid foundation for the development of digitally supported products and services with higher added value.
The total project value amounts to €200,847, of which €100,000 represents non-repayable funding. The project runs from October 1, 2024 to February 20, 2026.
The investment is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
