Encapsulation Machine Operator
(Full-time
Your responsibilities:
- Operating a capsule-filling machine for dietary supplements
- Ensuring proper execution of work orders
- Setting up and adjusting machines and equipment
- Monitoring product quality during production
- Lifting loads up to 25 kg
- Maintaining cleanliness of machines and workplace
- Keeping production records and documentation
- Using a manual pallet truck
- Following supervisor instructions
We expect:
- Education: Level IV or V (preferred: mechanical, food technology, or technical fields)
- Experience with production machines (advantage)
- Willingness to undergo additional training (for beginners)
- Responsible attitude towards work and equipment
- Efficient, reliable, and high-quality performance
- Flexibility, accuracy, and initiative
- Motivation, independence, and team spirit
- Commitment to achieving expected results
- Understanding and speaking Slovenian
Work experience required: 0–1 year
We offer:
- Fixed-term employment with probation period and possibility of permanent contract
- Two-shift work: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00

Salary :
From 2000€ to 2350€ gross

Purchasing Specialist
(Full-time)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Procuring raw materials and identifying the best suppliers based on quality, availability, and price.
- Procuring packaging materials and labels for finished products, while sourcing the best offers in terms of quality, availability, and price.
- Communicating and negotiating with suppliers.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials, packaging, and labels.
- Entering and updating data in the company's information system.
- Receiving incoming materials.
- Assisting with the organization of incoming materials.
- Obtaining and verifying raw material documentation (certificates, technical data sheets, allergen declarations, etc.).
- Cooperating with other departments to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
- Performing other duties assigned by supervisors that fall within the scope of the position.
WE EXPECT
- At least a Level V educational qualification (upper secondary or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, accuracy, and a systematic approach to work.
- Previous experience in procurement is preferred; candidates from the food, pharmaceutical, or related industries will have an advantage.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and rules of origin is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards is an advantage.
- Active proficiency in both Slovenian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
